UNLIMITED SEATS ON EVERY TIER · NO FEATURE GATES · NO CARD TO START
Whichever zone, the exit stays open.
Pricing shouldn't be a trap dressed as a plan. AZ-Five is built so the reasons to stay are the product — never the cost of leaving.
Seats are free, forever
Every tier has unlimited seats, including Free. Bring the whole company in to read the dashboards — the bill follows how much data you move, not how many people look at it.
Features are never gated
Experiments, session replay, flags, surveys, embeds, pipelines and role-based access all work on the free tier. Paid plans buy volume, retention and query priority — not capability.
Open formats underneath
Data is stored as Parquet with a Delta Lake transaction log. Getting it out means copying files in a documented open format, so the reason to stay is the product rather than the cost of leaving.
Straight answers.
Anything we missed? Ask us at hello@az-five.com.
Do you charge per seat?
No, and we never will. Seats are unlimited on every tier including Free. Charging a team to let more of its people read its own numbers is how analytics got expensive; value should scale with data volume, not headcount.
Which features are locked behind a paid plan?
None. Experiments, session replay, feature flags, surveys, embedded analytics, scheduled deliveries, pipelines, connectors, teams and role-based access all work on Free. Paid tiers buy volume, retention, query priority and support — never capability.
What happens when I hit the Free limits?
Free defaults to a hard cap rather than a bill: ingestion is rejected with a clear error once an allowance is spent, after a small grace margin. Adding a card converts the account to pay-as-you-go at list rates, and per-dimension spend caps stay available on every tier.
What counts as an organization?
An organization is an isolated workspace: its own members, datasets, dashboards, pipelines and quality rules. One account can hold several — useful for consultancies delivering governed analytics to more than one client.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Tables are stored as standard Parquet files with a Delta Lake transaction log — an open, documented format with full version history. Exporting means copying files, not negotiating a migration out of a proprietary store.
This is the end of the line.
Bring one dataset and a question. Unlimited seats, no card, and the whole network from day one.
