AZ-Five measures its own marketing site with AZ-Five. Everything below is first-party: the data goes to our own systems, never to an advertising network or data broker.

• A random anonymous ID stored in your browser. It is not linked to your name or email unless you create an account.
• Pages you view, links and buttons you click, and how far down a page you scroll.
• Your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, the page that referred you, and any campaign tags in the URL.
• An approximate location (usually city or region) derived from your IP address. We do not store a precise location.
• A recording of your session on this marketing site, unless you decline — see below.

A notice appears on your first visit with two options, Accept and Decline, presented equally. Accept, or carry on without answering, and everything above applies. Decline and we keep only an anonymous count: nothing is stored on your device, no session is recorded, and the visitor ID is derived from your request by our server and rotates every day, so it cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next. You can change the answer at any time with "Privacy choices" in the footer.

Unless you decline, we record browsing sessions on this marketing site so we can see where the site confuses people — a replay of pages viewed, cursor movement, clicks and scrolling. Text typed into form fields is masked before it ever leaves your browser. Recordings are kept for 30 days and then deleted. We do not record sessions inside the AZ-Five product.

When you follow a link from this site to app.az-five.com, we add a parameter to the URL carrying the anonymous ID described above. It lets us connect "someone read the pricing page" to "someone started a trial" without that being two unrelated records. The app removes the parameter from your address bar immediately. If you never sign up, the ID stays anonymous.

The analytics library keeps a small amount of data in your browser's local storage, under keys beginning with "azfive_": the anonymous ID, a device ID, the current session ID and timestamps, and your answer to the privacy notice. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. If you decline, all of it is deleted except the answer itself, which has to stay so we can honor it.

If your browser sends Do Not Track, or signals Global Privacy Control, this site collects nothing at all — no pageviews, no clicks, no recording — and you will not see the privacy notice, because there is nothing left to ask you. That check happens before the analytics code is loaded, so no request is made.

• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
• We do not track you across other websites.
• We do not attempt to identify anonymous visitors by name.

This page covers the marketing site. Data you upload to the AZ-Five product — your datasets, queries, dashboards and models — is governed by your agreement with us, is isolated to your organization, and is never used to train models or shared with other customers.

Use "Privacy choices" in the footer to change your answer whenever you like, block or clear the local-storage entries above through your browser settings, or enable Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control to stop collection entirely. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us and we will handle it.
